With the continuing boom in sailing, RYA instructors are in demand! We offer a number of RYA Instructor Training courses at SailLaser, all under the oversight of the RYA. Take all four required courses (courses listed below plus Powerboat Level 2 Course (above) to become a certified RYA Dinghy Instructor and receive 10% off!
This course teaches standard skills required for RYA Dinghy Instructors, with a one-day training program followed by the assessment on Day 2. The assessment will be done in 11 knots or greater.

This course is action-packed, teaching how to train beginners and improvers. Training in teaching techniques on and off the water is provided.

The next step. This practically orientated course concentrates primarily on on-the-water issues. You will look in depth at the supervision of Instructors, fleet management and shore based sessions.
Prerequisite: At least one years experience as an Instructor, reccommendation from your Centre Principal, RYA Safety Boat qualification, valid First Aid certificate. You must also comple a SI workbook - available from the RYA website
