We are based out of the LaserPerformance retail location in Evanston, just minutes from downtown Chicago, and close to the beautiful sailing waters of Lake Michigan. Our Chicago headquarters are at the Evanston LaserPerformance store and our sailing facility is located only minutes away.

With SailLaser Chicago’s opening, we now offer a one-stop shop for all your sailing needs in the area.  We have been providing boats and necessary gear through our retail location for years, but we now offer the ability to do much more.

SailLaser’s aim is to provide residents of its local community with increased access to sailboats and sailing lessons, regardless of their age, race, gender, physical ability or economic status.

LaserPerformance Boat Demos
Demo the latest LaserPerformance boats (at no charge for prospective purchasers).  Try before you buy to ensure that you are selecting the best boat for you!  See the Our Boats section for information on boats available to try at the SailLaser Center.

Rig & Go Program
We teach new boat owners how to rig and sail their new boat through our “Rig & Go” Program.  Rig and Go is a unique feature to SailLaser, and we think the future for buying boats. Any LaserPerformance boat can be collected from our waterside facilities. Buying your boat or moving into a different class can be a challenging experience for even experienced sailors, so why not let us help? Find out more.

Private and Family Sailing Lessons
We offer private lessons and family courses for those who have not yet learned how to sail or want to improve their sailing skills.   If you don’t have a lot of time or just need some brief and specific coaching, private instruction is the ideal solution.
